A main route out of Twickenham has been closed following an accident.
Shop owners near the incident said they believed an elderly woman had been knocked over.
London Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called at 4.40pm today to reports of a road traffic collision involving a bicycle and a pedestrian on Cross Deep Twickenham.
"We sent an ambulance crew and single responder in a car."
The route 33 and R68 are subject to diversions and delays in Cross Deep.
