Rosslyn Park will have a new-look management team, including World Cup winner Stuart Abbott as backs coach, in place for the start of the National League Three South campaign.
Frenchman Florent Rossig-neaux, the former Wasps, Bedford, London Welsh and Stade Francais back row who was at Priory Lane last season as part of Chris Kibble's backroom team, has been appointed head coach.
Completing the team is forwards coach Rob Holt, whose efforts in building a for-midable pack were reflected in Park's strength throughout the campaign, especially at the set-piece.
The club have moved quickly to replace former boss Kibble, who left last week.
Director of rugby Shaun Justice said: "We are excited and proud of the coaching structure we have assembled.
"Florent deserves his chance at heading up the coaching structure.
"He has impressed the management and players this year, and we are very confident he will do a great job.
"There is real excitement around the arrival of Stuart.
"He brings with him loads of experience of playing at the highest level and working with some of the best coaches in the game.
"With Florent, Stuart and Rob in charge of coaching duties for the senior squad we are confident that we will provide our players with a set up in that will allow them to flourish."
Park hope to build on their excellent form at the end of last season, when they won six out of their final seven league games.
Justice, who was appointed in October, said: "Last year was our first season of paying players. Successes were not going to happen overnight but, from February onwards, we were one of the form teams in the league and it is vital we build on this and do not become complacent."
