Rochdale is make or break says Scott
Brentford boss Andy Scott believes it is now or never if his young side are to make a bid for the League Two play-offs.
The Bees entertain Rochdale at Griffin Park on Saturday knowing a win will put them within touching distance of a top seven finish.
Scott's men currently trail the eighth-placed Lancastrians by four points with Chesterfield - in seventh - one point further ahead with six games remaining.
A win would make it three wins on the bounce for Brentford and the Griffin Park chief believes a fourth would really put the cat amongst the pigeons.
"If we win we have still got a chance. If we don't it makes it very difficult. It is as simple as that," he said.
"We are in a situation that we didn't think we'd ever be in. We still have something to play for going into the final six games.
"If the boys want to take it further it all rests on this game. It is as big as that."
