For a family night out, there is still time to catch Pinnochio and the Blue Fairy, at Stanley Halls, South Norwood.
The St Mark's Players' panto bursts into life with a colourful characters, scenery, and song.
It keeps the momentum through to the slapstick scene - you'll never want to send anything by post again - and on to the eventual explosive demise of the wicked Black Queen.
Talented nine-year-old Francesca Pringle as Pinocchio is a sheer delight and she is admirably supported by an enthusiastic cast ready to win you over with their lively songs and jokes.
With Jiminy Cricket trying against all the odds to keep Pinocchio on the straight and narrow, comic duo Mr Fox and Mr Gatto leading Pinocchio astray, the Blue Fairy and Black Queen fighting for supremecy (and the chance to be centre stage!) and the evil Rubato and Stromboli, you can be sure of lots of fun for the whole family -you will leave with the cheering, booing and hissing still ringing in your ears!
Some tickets are still remaining for performances on Friday, February 1, at 7.30pm and Saturday, February 2, at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.
All tickets £6. Call the box office on 020 8393 3640 or 020 8240 9378.
