South London dance music pioneers Leftfield will perform in the capital for the first time in over 10 years this weekend.
They are joined by the cream of electronica who will be taking to the stage for the inaugural London Electronic Dance (LED) Festival, which kicks off today.
David Guetta, Soulwax, Calvin Harris, Audio Bullys, Aphex Twin, Goldfrapp and Friendly Fires are just a few of the many acts spread out over the two-day event in Victoria Park, east London.
Leftfield’s much-anticipated return to the live music scene is expected to draw tens of thousands to Victoria Park on Saturday, August 28.
Neil Barnes from Leftfield said: “I’m really excited about playing my hometown. It's been too long. The line up for the LED is fantastic.
“It's great to be up there with Aphex, Goldfrapp and Friendly Fires, all artists I admire.” Tickets are still available for the LED Festival. For more information visit: www.ledfestival.net
