As a non-driving passenger, I would like to compliment the two or three householders at the bottom end of Lawkholme Lane who have very small, but very well kept and interesting gardens on the roadside.
I always take a look when we pass by to see how they are doing.
Such a shame the rest of the frontages are such an eyesore!
I would also like to say the Town Hall Square is looking good now, though the planting for this year has not yet been done at the time of writing, but last summer the flower beds and baskets were lovely!
