Join the early bird for breakfast at Sutton twitchers event

Bird lovers can join their feathered friends for a spot of breakfast this month as a part of a national celebration of bird watching. 

Nature fans are invited to learn more about the local wildlife at the Sutton Ecology Centre on Saturday January 26.

The event, hosted by the Biodiversity Gardens Project, runs between 8am and 10am. Call 020 8770 5822 or email biodiversity@sutton.gov.uk.

What the article somehow doesn't manage to mention is that the national event is the RSPB Garden Birdwatch.

(And keep an eye on the British Trust for Ornithology, who do lots of surveys throughout the year, usually more specific).
