Talented children will inspire families in Croydon with a big Christmas show.
The National Children’s Orchestras of Great Britain will perform at Fairfield Halls from 7pm on Sunday, December 20.
All of the youngsters are 14 or under and come from all over the country. For 13-year-old cellist William Albuquerque, from south Croydon, it will be a homecoming show.
He said: “I’ve had a great time in the NCO and I’m really pleased that we’ll be at my home town in December. I hope to welcome lots of friends and family to support us and enjoy our final concert.”
The performance will include music such as Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite and Mambo from West Side Story.
Tickets cost from £10 for adults and from £5 for under 16s. Call 020 86889291 or go to www.fairfield.co.uk
