South east London’s action hero Jason Statham has turned villain for his latest blockbuster role, alongside fellow musclemen Vin Diesel and The Rock in Furious 7.
Big Jase plays Deckard Shaw, a tooled up Special Forces assassin, sent to hunt down Diesel’s lovable bunch of car-based outlaws.
He kicks off the trailer by blowing up Vin Diesel’s pad, leading to a full-on action fest, in the seventh outing of the wildly successful Fast and the Furious franchise – sadly also the last for star Paul Walker, who died while the film was still being shot.
As ever, there’s set to be some ludicrous set-pieces, including the crew – which includes Tyrese Gibson and fighter Ronda Rousey – driving expensive modified motors out of a plane.
