As National BBQ Week gets underway, here's a recipe to start things off in style...
The celebration of all things charcoal run from May 28 until June 3 so make sure you bust out your barbecue.
Chipotle BBQ Ribs: serves four
Ingredients
- 2kg pork short ribs
- 6tbsp Tabasco® Brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- 8oz barbecue sauce
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: about 1 hour
Method
- Rub ribs on both sides with 4 tablespoons of the TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce. Place on grill over low heat and cook until tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Combine remaining 2 tablespoons of TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce with barbecue sauce, and spread evenly over both sides of ribs.
