A Great British Bake Off winner and more than 100 stallholders will bring a feast of food and drink to Surrey this week.
Sandown Park Racecourse in Esher will be taken over by Fantastic British Food Festivals on Saturday, September 17, and Sunday, September 18, featuring demonstrations, family entertainment and celebrity chefs alongside food to eat from around the world.
Last year’s Bake Off champion Nadiya Hussain will make recipes from her new book, Nadiya’s Kitchen, while Martin Miller gives a cocktail masterclass and Sandhurst Royal Military Academy’s executive chef Rob Kennedy cooks smokey cod and cauliflower and sweet and sour duck
Cbeebies presenter Katy Ashworth will keep children entertained and children can also cooking workshops, enjoy mini go-karts, face painting, a roaming storyteller, drop-in dance workshops and games such as giant Jenga, Connect4 and Noughts and Crosses.
