My pick of the new January 16 releases is Quentin Tarantino’s ‘The Hateful 8’ (look out for review).
Richmond and Twickenham Times:

This is Tarantino’s 8th Movie and this film will not disappoint fans of Tarantino’s unique style.

I have listed below my favourite QT moments from some of his most popular films.

Pulp Fiction (1994)
Richmond and Twickenham Times:
One of my favourite films of all time. There are two outstanding memorable moments for me.
The first being the famous iconic dance routine with Vincent Vega (John Travolta) and Mia Wallace (Uma Thurman) at Jack Rabbit Slims Diner and the second being the hold-up by Vincent and Jules (Samuel L Jackson) in the apartment and the gold glowing briefcase! I think the dance pips it to the post.

Reservoir Dogs (1992)
Richmond and Twickenham Times:
Well it just has to be the gruesome torture scene to the tune of the 1972 Stealers Wheel classic ‘Stuck in the Middle with You’. I know it’s not a very PC thing to say but it’s the one that lingers in the mind after the film is over.

Inglourious Basterds (2009)
Richmond and Twickenham Times:
The scene in the Beer Cellar when British Commando Officer Lt. Archie Hicox (Michael Fassbender), British Spy Brigit von Hammersmark (Diane Kruger) and fellow Basterds posing as a German Soldiers get involved in a word game with a persistent young SS office. The tension builds and builds to this violent ending that you know is looming but takes forever to arrive.
