The year may be coming to an end but that doesn’t mean the laughs have to stop and there are certainly plenty of great comedy nights still to come between now and the end of 2009.
Outside The Box may have spent the year expanding its stand-up empire, starting nights in Chiswick and Surbiton, but it is still going strong at one of its original homes – the Fighting Cocks in Kingston.
This Monday, there is a headline performance from the brilliant Josie Long with Ed Gamble and MC Maff Brown. Tickets cost £7 advance or £8 on the door.

The line-up includes Kevin Bridges, Michael Fabbri and Micky Flanagan.

Appropriately, Jarred Christmas is on Friday’s bill with Tom Deacon and Michael Fabbri, and on Saturday it is the turn of Lewis Schaffer and Dannny Buckler.
