Work is under way on building 1,200 new apartments over the next six years at Central Park in Lewisham.

Would-be buyers are being invited to register their interest now in a one, two or three bedroom apartment where prices are expected to start from £179,950 for a one bedroom flat.

All apartments at Central Park will be completed to the highest specification and will include integrated oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer and washing machine.

Buyers have the option of buying tailored furniture packs by David Phillips.

A district heating system will supply heating and hot water to all homes which are being built to the highest environmental standards. Solar panels will be fitted on the roofs and will help power lifts and communal lighting.

Green roofing to encourage flora and fauna will be incorporated to add to the development’s green credentials.

Parking spaces are available to buy on some apartments, and cycle parking is available for all.

The development is situated in an attractive urban park close to Blackheath, Greenwich and Lewisham town centres.

Residents will benefit from the planned regeneration of Lewisham which includes improvements to primary and secondary schools, leisure and health facilities and open spaces. To register interest visit www.centralparkliving.co.uk or call Savills on 020 7089 3917.
