The property pictured here, Aventine House in nearby Downs Lane, Leatherhead, is currently on the market with Hamptons International for £2.4million. The Lloyds TSB list of the top 50 most expensive streets, compiled using Royal Mail and Land Registry statistics, puts Moles Hill at number 18. Pachesham Park in Leatherhead came in at 43, with prices averaging £1,698,000 in 2011.
