Graham remembered in memorial sevens
The fourth Annual Graham Robinson Memorial Sevens took place at Emanuel Rugby Club at Shannons Corner last weekend.
Despite the very cold, windy, wet and snowy conditions 18 of the registered 20 teams enjoyed a high quality rugby 7s day.
The day celebrated the life of Graham Robinson who played rugby for the Emanuel Rugby Club and also Kingston University and was killed in a traffic accident on the A3, four years ago.
It has become a bigger event each year and Graham's parents visited from Yorkshire with his brother Andy presenting the cups at the end of the competitions.
The cup was won by Otters who beat Old Hamptonians 43-7 in the final.
Leeds Met University pipped Rosslyn Park U21 25-23 in a tightly-contested Bowl final.
