AN ALERT pensioner is planning to stay up for 24 hours doing jigsaws for charity.
Eileen Lidinson, 65, of Rosebery Avenue, Sidcup, has organised a jigsaw marathon to raise funds for the Arthritis Research Campaign.
Kicking off at 6pm on June 1, Mrs Lidinson hopes she will be joined by other puzzle enthusiasts at Holy Redeemer Church, Days Lane, Sidcup.
Mrs Lidinson said: “I want people to get sponsors to do a jigsaw on the night and then donate the puzzle so it can be sold to raise more funds.”
