A grim 42 hours across London saw two people stabbed with one of the victims left dead.
This only includes incidents that Newsquest London is aware of and has reported on.
The incidents unfolded between April 8 and 10 in Bermondsey and Westminster.
Information about each incident is from the Metropolitan Police.
Woman, 27, dies after stabbing in Westminster home
A 27-year-old woman has died after being stabbed to death at a home in Westminster.
Kamonnan Thiamphanit, known to her friends as Angela, was found dead in Stanhope Place at around 8.30am on April 8.
Officers were initially called by Kamonnan’s friends who were worried about her welfare on April 7.
Police went to the address on April 8- just north of Hyde Park - and forced entry into the property.
She was found dead inside with stab wounds.
A post-mortem examination carried out on April 10 found the cause of death was sharp force trauma.
No arrests have been made.
Boy, 17, taken to hospital after being stabbed “multiple times” in Southwark
A 17-year-old boy was taken to hospital after being stabbed “multiple times” in Southwark.
The incident happened in St James’s Road just after 11.20pm on April 10.
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a boy injured.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition is currently unknown.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
